Japan Radiological Society (JRS) organized Japan Quantitative Imaging Biomarkers Alliance (J-QIBA) in 2015 to standardize quantitative values derived from radiological images and establish their usage as quantitative biomarkers in clinical trials and clinical practice. The motive of J-QIBA establishment is based on the enthusiastic activity of RSNA QIBA that was established in 2007.
