Announcement of the AOCR SGCR-WIRES 2026 Conference

On behalf of the Organising Committee of AOCR SGCR-WIRES 2026, I am delighted to announce the 24th Asian Oceanian Congress of Radiology (AOCR 2026), held in conjunction with SGCR-WIRES 2026 (34th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Singapore Congress of Radiology and 16th Workshops in Interventional Radiology Education Singapore). The conference will be held from 20–23 August 2026 at Singapore EXPO.

With the theme “Imaging Beyond Borders, Shaping a Sustainable Future”, AOCR SGCR-WIRES 2026 will bring together over a thousand participants from across Asia Oceania and beyond, including radiologists, interventional radiologists, nuclear medicine physicians, radiographers, nurses, and industry partners.

The scientific programme will feature renowned experts from around the world, exploring the evolving landscape of radiology amid demographic shifts, rising healthcare demands, technological disruption, and the urgent need for sustainability in healthcare. Delegates can look forward to exciting plenary lectures, subspecialty symposia, interactive case-based sessions, and hands-on workshops with a strong focus on real-world practice, AI, imaging informatics, and sustainable radiology.

Highlights include the Radiology Events and Learning (REAL) session with the Royal College of Radiologists, focused on learning from errors and ambiguous cases, AOCR meets Mayo Clinic Abdominal Imaging Masterclass, the East Asian Imaging Informatics and AI summit and joint sessions with regional and international societies such as the Radiological Society of North America, Indian Radiological & Imaging Association, Korean Society of Interventional Radiology, Hong Kong College of Radiologists, Asian Musculoskeletal Society, Australiasian Musculoskeletal Imaging Group, Asian Oceanian Society of Paediatric Imaging and others.

This joint meeting will include dedicated content across a broad range of topics, including:
